Eastern hospitality
The hotel is very well situated, 50 m from the MRT, 5-8 mins by foot from the beautiful Chinatown. The kindness, hospitality and helpfullness of the staff is exceptionnal. The breakfast is very good, you can choose between two cafes, kind of French/American or the healthy way with organic meals. Maybe it would be interesting specially for western guests to give a local meal possibility too.

Wonderful
Exceptional reception staff (particularly Jay) that were very welcoming and attentive. Clean, well-fitted room with comfy bed and complimentary minibar. Partner hotel within a one minute walk provided facilities for us to shower and change before our flight home.
Slightly pricey but we visited during peak season.
